PAYMENT
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via PayPal and Stripe. Goods will not be dispatched until the customer’s funds, which have been paid to Colltec Laboratories Ltd, have cleared in full.
ORDERS
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in pounds sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’, as a result Colltec Laboratories Ltd reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Monthly/Quarterly subscriptions, which are on automatic payment, will be processed on the due date.
SUBSCRIPTION SUSPENSION & CANCELLATION
Monthly/Quarterly subscriptions can be suspended or cancelled at any time via the My Account link on the FeelIngenious website.
DISPATCH
All orders received before 12:00 on a working day will be processed that day. Orders received after 12:00 will be processed on the following working day.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards can only be purchased by customers in the UK. Gift cards are valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.
PRIVACY POLICY
We only collect the basic personal details to allow us to: process orders; undertake on-going customer communication and support; and carry out product development and market research. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. As a matter of company policy we will not release names, addresses, email addresses, or any other information about our customers and prospects to any outside party. As a result we guarantee not to trade, sell, resell, or redistribute information that you provide to us to any other company, organisation, or individual. All our emails contain an opt out link which will stop further emails being sent. If you wish to opt out of all communication including email, telephone, and direct mail please email: hello@ingeniouslife.com requesting a full opt out.
RETURNS POLICY & GUARANTEE
We guarantee your satisfaction and as such, all of our products come with a no fuss guarantee. However, in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Any Ingenious guarantee / warranty coverage is only applicable with valid proof of purchase from an authorised Ingenious Distributor. Currently the only third party permitted to distribute Ingenious on either Amazon or Ebay globally is Stephenson’s Online Ltd. The Ingenious warranty will not apply to products purchased on Amazon or Ebay globally without valid proof of purchase from Stephenson’s Online Ltd.
UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under the terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm Colltec Laboratories Ltd or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. You shall not attempt or obtain from or through this site any information that is not already and intentionally made available from or through it.
