Returns Process

If you would like to return an order, please refer to the following steps:

  1. Send an email to stating you’d like a refund on your order, including your order number and name associated with the order that was placed.
  2. Send your unwanted items back to our warehouse, ensuring the product(s) are un-opened and intact, complete with original barcodes and packaging, including the order number and name associated with the order, in the parcel. Please note, for any items to be returned, you will be responsible for organising the shipping and fees associated with this.
  3. Once we have received your returned parcel and it has successfully passed our quality checks, we will then notify you that your parcel has been received and your refund will be processed within 2-5 working days.
